The decal came with dirt smudges. When I tried to ask for a replacement they said I would have to return and then place a new order. I ended up cleaning it with vinegar and it was able to use it. You have to really press long and hard when applying the decal. The lettering comes apart in little pieces when applying if you don't press and rub it hard. It took longer than I expected. It looks great once you get it on.

The quality & design was exactly what I was looking for, so I placed an additional order for a different person's mailbox because they liked the design, too.

Very poor brittle vinyl, so it cracks and breaks when trying to remove backing. ZERO room for error- wind blew when we were installing one sticker and the entire house number tore apart. Shopping took a while, but I don't fault the seller for that, it might have been the post office that held things up.

The quality of the item was very good. The customer service was excellent. The post office said the item was delivered when it wasn't. I contacted them and they responded instantly and explained that the post office has been sending messages to the customer before the item is actually delivered. He asked me to give it a couple of days and if I hadn't received it they would resend another one. The post office delivered the item about 3 business days later as I was instructed it would.
I would definitely purchase items from them again.
