My address decal tore when I was removing the backing. I took a picture and sent it over to them and they shipped out a new replacement decal the next day. Great customer service!

Very nice address label for your mailbox. It is made of reflective materials and shows up very nicely in the dark. It also included the number for the mailbox door.
