I had questions about the colors that I would like best in my bedroom. The owner e mailed me sample pictures showing me each color combination so I can choose. This is a quality sign, shipping was fast.

This item was customized to the colors I chose from the color palette offered by this seller. I chose slate blue background with dark grey lettering. Which was the opposite of the other sign I purchased and have already left a review for. I was extremely disappointed in the finished sign and I honestly couldn't believe that I wasn't contacted by the seller prior to shipping this item to me. You cannot read the lettering at all. It looks like a blue painted piece of wood. I would have had no idea that the dark grey lettering would not show up on the Slate Blue. The seller could have notified me before the lettering was completed. As a courtesy knowing that the lettering was too dark. I reached out to express my disappointment and was told that I could not receive a refund that I never asked for. No response to my disappointment
