The seller sent the item quickly and I love the design. I haven't used it yet. The disappointment was that the transfer papers were all wrinkled in the tube. I'm not sure how to straighten it out to apply it. I haven't contacted the seller, so I don't know about customer service. I have been very busy on the project I am working on.

My order for a decal arrived quickly. I followed the online directions for adhering the decal to the wall and was able to post it on my wall without a flaw. My wall art looks amazing. I am very pleased with it!
